If no appointment times are showing online, this means there are currently no openings available. Please join the waiting list to be notified when an appointment becomes available.

Online Booking and Appointment Changes

All appointments must be booked online through our client portal.

To change the date or time of an existing appointment, please contact the clinic directly.

To cancel an appointment, sign in to your client portal and complete the cancellation online. Cancellations by text, call or email will not be accepted.

Through your portal, you can also:

  • View and manage upcoming appointments

  • Access past appointments and receipts

  • Update your information and fill out incomplete forms 

  • Add yourself to the waiting list
