8 Week Rejuvenating Yin Yoga with Coralee ( Starting May 20th)

A sound bath is a therapeutic experience where participants lie down or sit comfortably while being bathed in sound waves produced by various instruments such as singing bowls, gongs, chimes, and other percussion instruments. The idea is that the sound vibrations help induce a state of deep relaxation, meditation, and healing. Participants often report feelings of reduced stress, improved focus, and enhanced well-being after a sound bath session.
