Beginner Brazilian Jiu Jitsu Classes

Join our Beginner BJJ class every Tuesday, led by Greg Conner, a 2nd Degree Black Belt under the legendary Joe Moreira. Greg brings years of experience to help you build a strong foundation in Brazilian Jiu Jitsu.

Reinforce your skills every Thursday with Windell, Greg’s assistant instructor, where you'll practice what you learned on Tuesday in a supportive environment.

Class Schedule & Pricing:

Tuesdays & Thursdays
$20 per week (includes both classes)
Drop-in: $20 per class (if you can only attend one day)

Breathwork classes focus on techniques and exercises designed to control and regulate your breath, promoting relaxation, reducing stress, and improving mental clarity. These classes often involve specific breathing patterns or practices that can influence physical and emotional states. Breathwork can help with things like anxiety, improving focus, enhancing lung capacity, and even facilitating emotional release.

Pranayama (from yoga traditions) – Focused on controlled breathing to balance energy.
Holotropic Breathwork – A technique used for deep emotional and psychological exploration.
Wim Hof Method – Focuses on controlled breathing and cold exposure to improve resilience and well-being.
