Wedesdays (Oct 1 – Nov 19) 8-Week Series: Midweek Mind, Body & Soul (Full series commitment) Midweek Mindful Movement – 8-Week Yoga Series with Magen Duration: Oct 1 – Nov 19 (8 weeks) Cost: $200 CASH – paid before or on the first class (full series commitment) Series Overview: This 8-week series is designed to help you build a strong foundation in meditation, gentle flow, and yin yoga. Participants commit to attending all classes to experience the full benefits. Each class follows the same structure: Meditation: Foundational techniques practiced weekly to cultivate focus and calm. Flow: Gentle sequences linking breath with movement for strength and flexibility. Yin Yoga: Long-held poses to release tension, open joints, and enhance mindfulness. Payment & Attendance: Full payment of $200 CASH is required before or on the first class. No refunds for missed classes; you may send a substitute in your place.
