(Oct 20- Dec 8) - 8-Weeks Beginner-Friendly Yoga: Posture, Breath & Mindfulness **Pre-Registration: Required to ensure space in the studio. Each attendee must sign up with their own account.** Drop-In Class – $20 Per Session (Cash to Instructor before class) 8-Week Prepay Option: Save 25% per class when you sign up and prepay for all 8 weeks. That’s $15 per class. Attendance Policy: No refunds for missed prepaid classes, but you may send someone in your place.) While this class is available as a drop-in, attending all sessions is recommended to experience the full benefits. Included in class: Certified Instructor Mats & Props: Provided (water cooler available onsite). Studio Etiquette: No phones in the studio. All personal items remain in the waiting area. Minimal talking and soft voices on the mat to maintain a calm space. No-Shows & Cancellations: Please notify the studio at least 6 hours before class if you cannot attend. Week 1: Foundations of Hatha Yoga and Pranayama Learn basic Hatha poses, alignment, and breathwork to build a strong foundation. Week 2: Deepening Hatha & Introduction to Chanting Explore deeper postures and the power of sound with beginner chanting practices. Week 3: Restorative Yoga for Release and Relaxation Gentle, supported poses to promote deep rest and tension release. Week 4: Yin Yoga – A Journey into the Deep Connective Tissue Slow, long-held poses to open fascia and joints, encouraging mindfulness. Week 5: Integrating Hatha and Flow with Core Focus Blend traditional Hatha with flowing sequences and core-strengthening techniques. Week 6: Pranayama, Chanting and Meditation Expand breathwork practices, deepen chanting, and cultivate inner stillness. Week 7: Combined Practice – Hatha Flow & Yin Cool Down An integrated class combining strength, flow, and calming yin stretches. Week 8: Full Spectrum Practice (Pranayama, Asana, Chanting) Bring it all together in a complete mind-body practice for balance and renewal.
