6-Week Series Thursdays October 22 and 29 November 5,12,19,26 Payment & Cancellation Policy A $50 non-refundable deposit is required to reserve your spot. *Eft upon booking To: puretherapypay@gmail.com* The remaining balance of $100 is due at the first class. Registration is for the complete six-week series. Refunds or credits will not be provided for missed classes. If you can attend, you may have another person take you class. If a class is cancelled by the instructor, it will be rescheduled for the next available Thursday. If the entire series is cancelled, all payments will be fully refunded. Yin & Restore Series: A slow, calming class focused on longer-held floor-based postures, gentle stretching and deep relaxation. Designed to help release tension, improve mobility and support a quieter, more settled nervous system. Suitable for most levels. No yoga experience required. Yoga mats and props are provided. A water cooler is available on-site, and restrooms are available for changing before or after class.
