Coralee will lead you through a gentle flow practice. Whether you're new to yoga or experienced, this class is a great way to mobilize your joints, stretch, and relax.

Don’t let "Intermediate" intimidate you!
Magen always leads with beginners in mind. This class is focused more on practice than teaching the basics, but you will still learn fundamental poses and techniques if you're new to yoga. Whether you're a beginner or have some experience, all levels are welcome!

Duration: 45 minutes
Class Terms: April 1st - June 3rd 

Full payment for all 10 classes is required upfront.

10-Week Intermediate Flow Yoga Highlights:


Week 1: Foundation for Flow
Focus on alignment, breath, and foundational poses.

Week 2: Building Strength
Core and upper body strength with key poses like Plank and Chaturanga.

Week 3: Flexibility & Open Hips
Focus on hip openers, hamstrings, and lower back stretches.

Week 4: Exploring Inversions
Safe inversion practice, including Dolphin and Shoulder Stand.

Week 5: Core and Arm Balances
Strengthen core and practice arm balances like Crow and Side Plank.

Week 6: Backbends & Heart Openers
Deepen backbends and open chest with poses like Camel and Bridge.

Week 7: Flowing with Intention
Smooth transitions and mindful flow with Sun Salutations and High Lunge.

Week 8: Balance & Stability
Improve standing balance with poses like Warrior III and Tree Pose.

Week 9: Deep Stretch & Mobility
Long-held stretches for flexibility with poses like Bound Angle and Frog.

Week 10: Flow Integration & Inversion Mastery
Combine all elements into a fluid sequence, including optional inversions.

Yin Yoga with Magen

Join Magen for a calming Yin Yoga practice that works deeply on the nervous system and promotes relaxation. Through long-held, gentle poses, you’ll release tension, improve flexibility, and find deep repose.

HIIT with Mackenzie
Join Mackenzie for an energizing HIIT class designed to boost strength, endurance, and metabolism. This high-intensity workout will challenge your body while keeping you motivated to push your limits and achieve your fitness goals.

Bring sneakers, water bottle, and plenty of energy and $15 CASH ONLY!

By booking and/or attending this class, I acknowledge that I am voluntarily participating in High-Intensity Interval Training (HIIT) classes offered by Mackenzie Cox at Pure Therapy Clinic Inc. I understand that while Mackenzie Cox holds a kinesiology degree, she is not a certified HIIT instructor.

I fully assume the risks associated with these classes, including the potential for injury, and waive all liability. I agree not to hold Pure Therapy Clinic Inc. or Mackenzie Cox responsible for any injury, loss, or damage that may occur during or after the session.

By attending HIIT classes, I consent to being recorded or photographed for marketing purposes.

I confirm that I am in good health and capable of participating in physical activity. In case of injury or medical emergency, I consent to receive medical treatment as necessary.

Practice holding Yin poses for longer periods to stretch deep tissue, enhancing relaxation and flexibility.

Week 6: Restorative Poses for Recovery & Mindfulness
Incorporate restorative Yin poses to promote recovery and mindful awareness in each breath and movement.

Week 7: Balancing the Yin & Yang: Poses for Energy Flow
Learn to balance the passive Yin and more active Yang energy to flow with vitality and calmness.

Week 8: Chest & Heart Opening with Breath Awareness
Open the chest and heart through gentle backbends and conscious breathing to invite openness and self-compassion.

Week 9: Working with the Fascia & Deep Breathing
Focus on stretching the fascia (connective tissue) and using deep breaths to enhance flexibility and mobility.

Week 10: Integration & Full Body Relaxation
Integrate the full-body benefits of Yin practice, closing with deep relaxation techniques to calm the nervous system.
