In this series, you'll explore the fundamentals of Yin Yoga, guided by Magen in a supportive and safe environment.

What is Yin Yoga?
  Yin Yoga is a slow-paced style of yoga with postures that are held for longer periods, typically ranging from 1 to 5 minutes per pose. It targets the deep connective tissues of the body and aims to increase circulation, improve flexibility, and release tension.

Who is this series for?  
Perfect for beginners and those refining their practice, this series welcomes participants of all levels. No prior yoga experience is required.

Week 7: Flexibility Flow: Deep Stretching Journey
