10-Week Flow Yoga Series Don’t let "Intermediate" intimidate you! Magen always leads with beginners in mind. This class is focused more on practice than teaching the basics, but you will still learn fundamental poses and techniques if you're new to yoga. Whether you're a beginner or have some experience, all levels are welcome! Cost: $150 (Cash Only) When: Every Tuesday Time: 6:00 PM Duration: 45 minutes Class Terms: April 1st - June 3rd Full payment for all 10 classes is required upfront. If you can’t make a class, feel free to send someone in your place. Join us to grow your practice in a supportive and welcoming environment! 10-Week Intermediate Flow Yoga Highlights: Week 1: Foundation for Flow Focus on alignment, breath, and foundational poses. Week 2: Building Strength Core and upper body strength with key poses like Plank and Chaturanga. Week 3: Flexibility & Open Hips Focus on hip openers, hamstrings, and lower back stretches. Week 4: Exploring Inversions Safe inversion practice, including Dolphin and Shoulder Stand. Week 5: Core and Arm Balances Strengthen core and practice arm balances like Crow and Side Plank. Week 6: Backbends & Heart Openers Deepen backbends and open chest with poses like Camel and Bridge. Week 7: Flowing with Intention Smooth transitions and mindful flow with Sun Salutations and High Lunge. Week 8: Balance & Stability Improve standing balance with poses like Warrior III and Tree Pose. Week 9: Deep Stretch & Mobility Long-held stretches for flexibility with poses like Bound Angle and Frog. Week 10: Flow Integration & Inversion Mastery Combine all elements into a fluid sequence, including optional inversions.
