This 10-week series is perfect for those looking to deepen their practice, find greater flexibility, and cultivate mindfulness through long-held, restorative poses. Whether you're a beginner or experienced practitioner, all are welcome! Cost: $150 (Cash Only) When: Every Thursday Time: 6:00 PM Duration: 60 minutes Class Terms: April 3rd - June 5th Full payment for all 10 classes is required upfront. If you can’t attend a class, feel free to send someone in your place. Week 2: Deepening the Breath & Grounding the Body Explore how deeper, mindful breathing enhances grounding and stability during long-held poses. Week 3: Hip Openers & Breath for Emotional Release Focus on hip-opening postures to release stored tension and emotional blockages, paired with calming breathwork. Week 4: Spine & Back Stretching with Slow Breath Gentle stretches for the spine and back while cultivating slow, rhythmic breathing to deepen flexibility. Week 5: The Power of Stillness: Holding Poses for Deep Stretch Practice holding Yin poses for longer periods to stretch deep tissue, enhancing relaxation and flexibility. Week 6: Restorative Poses for Recovery & Mindfulness Incorporate restorative Yin poses to promote recovery and mindful awareness in each breath and movement. Week 7: Balancing the Yin & Yang: Poses for Energy Flow Learn to balance the passive Yin and more active Yang energy to flow with vitality and calmness. Week 8: Chest & Heart Opening with Breath Awareness Open the chest and heart through gentle backbends and conscious breathing to invite openness and self-compassion. Week 9: Working with the Fascia & Deep Breathing Focus on stretching the fascia (connective tissue) and using deep breaths to enhance flexibility and mobility. Week 10: Integration & Full Body Relaxation Integrate the full-body benefits of Yin practice, closing with deep relaxation techniques to calm the nervous system.
